Your purchase is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace the product and return it to you at our expense. Please note: This is not a guarantee against wear and tear, improper care or maintenance or use by dog as a chew toy. Please direct all warranty questions to info@woofhoofs.com.

You have 30 days from the invoice date to return your purchase. Please provide your invoice number and reason for return. Items must be in new, resalable condition in original packaging to receive a refund of the full purchase price.

Refunds are made in the same form that payment was originally made.

We realize that ordering the right size boots online is not an exact science. So what do you do if you need a better fitting size?

Our size exchange policy is that if you ship the unused boots back to us, we'll cover the cost of shipping out a replacement set to you.

It's that simple.

Our goal is to offer same day shipping. Orders received by 11 a.m. PST, M-F will likely ship that day. Orders received afterward ship the next business day. (excluding holidays and weekends.)

We ship via US Postal Service First-class or Priority Mail. Customers receive a tracking confirmation number to check the status of their delivery.
