You have 30 days from the invoice date to return or exchange your purchase. Please provide us with your invoice number and reason for return. Items must be in new, resalable condition in its original mesh packaging to receive full credit. Items with dog hair or evidence of wear may not be accepted or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are made in the same form that payment was originally made. Please allow at least five business days processing from when we receive your return. You should receive the credit on your next credit card statement.

We recognize that ordering the right size boots online is not an exact science. Occassionally a customer will need to exchange for a better fitting size.

Our new size exchange policy is that if you ship the unused boots back to us, we'll cover the cost of shipping out a replacement set to you.

It's that simple.
