It ain't cheap, so now we're including a Free Shoe Goo coupon in each set (clearance items excluded) of boots. There are instructions on how to redeem your free tube. It's pretty simple and we'll mail it out to you free of charge.

Important announcement: Woof Hoofs is switching to a tiered pricing structure. $25.99 XXS-XS, $27.99 S,M,L and $29.99 for XL and XXL. Little dogs pay a little less and big dogs pay a little more. The big boots cost more to make and to ship, so I think it's only fair. Any thoughts?

As a new company, we seem to have a habit of being late with our product cycles. But as they say, "better late than never". The new summer boots are here. They will be replacing the boot style with eyelets. The new boots have a mesh fabric upper for excellent breathability in hot conditions. I hope you like them. Please tell me what you think.

We finally got an emergency production run finished and we now have inventory in all sizes, styles and colors. Hopefully it will get us through the winter until we get a full production run done. Thanks for your patience.

We understand that many customers are dealing with difficult winter conditions and need boots as soon as possible. One solution we are offering for our out of stock sizes is to seal boots with eyelets with a waterproof rubber sealant. That way they will perform identically like the Woof Hoofs without eyelets. Send us an email along with your order requesting the eyelet sealer and we will do that for you.

Turns out that while the invoice showed an extra "phantom" charge, customer credit cards were not actually charged, even though the shopping cart host told me it did. So everybody who ordered during the promo got an extra credit! Yikes!!! I'm working things out to be reimbursed by my vendor, so in any event it's an extra merry Christmas bonus to our customers.

Dear Customers,

We switched to a new, more robust shopping cart in time for the holidays, but didn't notice a glitch in the cart software. While it showed in the invoice $0.00 for shipping, it was actually charging shipping in the total. We just caught it today. We've already credited the shipping cost back for about 1/3 of the orders and hope to have all the orders credited by tonight. A clever customer figured out the best way to order a mixed set of boots on the website. Simply order two of each size of our single boots. The cost is the same and that way it keeps the check out process simple.

In many cases a dog's front paws are slightly larger than its rear ones. If there is a significant difference in size between front and rear you may want to mix sizes. We haven't integrated that option into our shopping cart yet, but if you just send us a note with your order, we will do a custom order for you.
